Tee times are on a space available basis.  You can get a spreadsheet here which shows the general availability of each member club.

The Club Golf Professional is the only individual authorized to make tee times. They should remind any member making a tee time that there is a $10.00 cancellation fee unless the tee time is properly cancelled in a timely manner.
